Teen Site Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead and oversee educational, recreational, and STEAM-based programs for middle school and high school youth; ensure programs comply with organizational, partner, state, and federal requirements; create a fun, safe, and engaging environment; supervise youth, staff, and volunteers with a staff-to-youth ratio of 1:20; plan themes, activities, field trips, meals and snacks, and coordinate transportation; monitor program quality through collaboration with Programming and Quality departments and analyze student data to monitor progress and impact; manage equipment, supplies, and facilities; participate in required trainings and staff meetings; act as a point of contact for family communication and support special events and outings; perform additional duties as assigned by the Connection Coordinator and Sr Director of Operations – Teen Program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a minimum of four years of driving experience
- CPR Certification or ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification within 90 days of employment
- Experience, education, or training in adolescent development, secondary education, or youth behavior management is preferred
- Pre-employment screenings may include drug screen, criminal background check, driving history screenings, and reference checks
