Job Summary
Oversee middle and high school youth through educational, recreational, and STEAM programs while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and internal policies. Maintain a clean environment, plan themes and field trips, and supervise staff and volunteers at a 1:20 ratio. Collect and analyze student data, report daily attendance, and manage equipment and facility maintenance. Drive vehicles per schedule, assist with meal service, and communicate with families as needed. Submit accurate records, resolve complaints per procedure, and attend required training sessions. Starting at $20/hour with merit-based raises; valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of four years of driving experience
- Valid CPR Certification or the ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification within 90 days of employment
