Job Summary
The Teen Reach Coordinator will implement, coordinate, direct, and supervise the Teen REACH Program, ensuring staff are knowledgeable of program goals. Responsibilities include managing program performance, developing outreach efforts, supervising daily operations of the program, and completing monthly reports. The role requires strong planning and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess knowledge of youth development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of youth development programs
- Bilingual (preferable)
- First Aid/CPR certification (willing to train)
