Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate engaging teen programming focused on academic success, leadership development, and workforce readiness. Support mentoring initiatives, social-emotional learning, and character development activities while building relationships with youth, families, and community partners. Create a safe, inclusive environment, manage attendance records, and collect data for outcome tracking. Assist with special events, workshops, and service projects. Requires CPR/Pediatric First Aid, child abuse clearance, and PA criminal history clearance. Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania, where over 7,500 young individuals receive support annually through innovative programs.

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Social Work, Youth Development, Recreation, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience working with middle or high school-aged youth in an educational, recreational, community-based, or youth development setting
- Minimum of one year of experience managing youth programs, education initiatives, workforce development programs, or community-based initiatives
- Passion for working with adolescents and supporting positive youth development
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative approaches
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage youth from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with youth, families, schools, and community partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and other technology platforms
