Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with teens in mentoring or educational capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive programming
- Passion for youth development and community engagement
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Background check clearance required
