Job Summary
Plan and lead activities including art projects, sports, fitness, and field trips to help children develop new skills and build confidence. Create a safe and engaging environment while serving as a positive role model and mentor. Take kids on community explorations to introduce them to new experiences. This part-time role operates from 12:00pm to 6:00pm with consistent scheduling. Staff must be at least 21 years old and possess experience working with, teaching, nurturing, or mentoring children. The organization offers annual tuition reimbursement, PTO, and enrollment in a free mental health program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years or older
- You will need to provide 3 references
- You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, a background check, and a fingerprint check
