Teen Boys' Direct Care Staff

Supervise clients in daily duties and activities while working under the Program Manager and Director in a faith-based, 12-month residential rehabilitation program. Responsibilities include leading and supervising clients on dorm floors, developing healthy relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries, and ensuring client transportation for program activities. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage difficult situations. Physical demands include standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
