Job Summary
Install telephone, internet, and TV lines with high-quality service for B2B and B2C fixed, mobile, and TV networks. Execute physical internal and external installations, including optical drops, network testing, and certification. Repair defects in lines, data, and TV services within deadlines while maintaining external network maintenance and building adaptation. Participate in customer base expansion, CTOs, and CDPs, and adhere to occupational health and safety and environmental management policies. Requires high school diploma, active Category B driver's license, and ability to work at heights. Offers unlimited voice and data plans, corporate smartphone, flexible hours, and remote work up to twice weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio Completo
- Conhecimento básico em Informática, Windows e Pacote Office
- Carteira de Habilitação - Categoria B ativa e definitiva
- Ter habilidades de trabalho em altura
- Cumprir os requisitos para manutenção do Sistema de Gestão de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional
- Conhecer a Política de Meio Ambiente da Telefônica
Desired Qualifications
- Desejável conhecimento das tecnologias de GPON, IPTV e VoIP
- Desejável experiência e habilidades com trabalhos manuais e/ou técnico (ferramentas, fios, tomadas, eletricidade)
- Desejável experiência em atendimento ao cliente
