Job Summary
Execute the installation of requested services, including internal and external telephone lines, broadband, and TV subscriptions, while repairing defects in lines, data, and TV to ensure client satisfaction. Perform cabinet binning and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by participating in safety programs. Operate in external optical network teams to configure acquired services, guaranteeing the proper functioning of broadband, voice, and fiber optic TV subscriptions. Requires a high school diploma, valid Category B driver's license, and experience with manual tasks, tools, and electrical work near power lines. - Ensino Médio Completo
- Carteira de Habilitação - Categoria B Ativa e Definitiva
- Experiência e habilidades com trabalhos manuais e/ou técnico (ferramentas, fios, tomadas, eletricidade)
- Experiência em Atendimento a Clientes
- Ter habilidades de trabalho em altura e próximo a rede elétrica
- Conhecimento de Informática, Windows e Pacote Office
