Conduct safety inspections across hospital units to ensure compliance with regulations and prevent risks. Manage the delivery, usage, and replenishment of PPE while orienting staff on proper application. Administer training sessions, integrations, DDS, and awareness actions regarding health and safety. Investigate accidents and incidents, issue CAT forms, and propose preventive and corrective measures. Organize and monitor CIPA, SIPAT, and other prevention programs. Participate in audits, expert opinions, and related safety inspections. Prepare reports, indicators, and controls to support improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to Regulatory Norms (NRs), SST policies, and certification requirements. Manage area documentation and track accident prevention programs. Lead fire prevention and combat actions, including training and support for the fire brigade.
