Manage return and warranty (RMA) processes by processing incoming defective units, diagnosing issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements with vendors and customers. Execute daily RMA tasks including updating customer records, generating shipping labels, and tracking resolution status within the system. Maintain accurate documentation for all warranty claims and ensure timely communication with internal teams and external clients regarding product status.
