Técnico Jefe de Producción (a turnos)

Lead the factory in the absence of Section Managers, Production Directors, or Plant Directors by coordinating daily operations across all sections and driving the team to meet strategic and annual production goals. Ensure all staff adhere to established manufacturing programs, safety, quality, and environmental standards while leading the defined communication system. Act as the technical reference for the shift, executing emergency responsibilities under the self-protection plan and maintaining maximum safety and efficiency for both installations and personnel. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, minimum five years of experience in continuous cycle industry, and availability for a five-shift rotation.
