Job Summary
Conduct user support for hardware and software issues, installing and configuring operating systems while maintaining computer networks. Perform hardware maintenance, manage backups and data recovery, and work with databases. Program in basic languages, address information security, and execute virtualization and cloud computing tasks. Maintain clear communication within the team and remain proactive in problem resolution. Requires a technical course in IT or a graduation in information technology.
