Job Summary
Maintain computer hardware and peripherals, install and configure software, and configure computer networks. Provide technical support to users by communicating clearly and objectively while working in teams to solve problems. Proactively seek solutions and keep call logs and resolutions organized. Requires a technical IT formation, current IT degree, hardware and software certifications, English technical knowledge, customer service experience, and network configuration skills. Full-time role in Jundiaí/SP with sponsorship available.
