Job Summary
Maintain the technology infrastructure of the Estácio Campinas unit, ensuring hardware, software, network, and telephony systems operate functionally while satisfying user needs. Monitor internal communication networks and data/voice flows to guarantee seamless academic and administrative connectivity. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on information technology infrastructure, responding to service requests from the shared services center. This role supports the company's mission to transform lives through original and disruptive solutions in education. The position requires a full-time schedule of 44 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior em andamento
- Experiência como Técnico em Informática
- Experiência em suporte de computadores
- Pacote Office (Excel e Power intermediário ou avançado)
- 44 horas semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira
- Local de Trabalho: ESTÁCIO CAMPINAS
