Conduct monthly technical check-ins, checklists, and check-outs of forms according to defined procedures. Execute visual and dimensional inspections of panels, connections, and fittings to identify wear, deformation, or damage. Evaluate panel and accessory integrity during use, recording deviations and communicating them to the Technical Supervisor. Ensure traceability and registration of usage cycles, including lifespan, maintenance, and reuse. Orient foremen and assemblers on best practices for mounting, disassembly, cleaning, and conservation of forms. Monitor the mounting process to verify compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Signal on-site technical or safety non-conformities and suggest immediate corrections. Prepare technical inspection and performance reports for form systems. Photograph and document form conditions and maintenance activities. Update the asset management system with current control and usage history data. Identify process improvement points in mounting and maintenance workflows. Support the standardization of technical and safety activities related to forms.
