Job Summary
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards to improve line and system performance. Execute standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance). Ensure safety processes are observed and perform quality assurance activities. Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions, loss analysis, and breakdown elimination. Bring experience with machine operations, TPM tools, and a working knowledge of safety and quality standards; ability to read and write and communicate effectively with site colleagues; contribute to a diverse work environment; familiarity with TPM methodologies is a plus.

- Experience and knowledge in: Machine operations
- TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
- Safety and quality standards for operating machinery
- Reading and writing fluency in appropriate site language
- Collaborating well in a diverse work environment
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is an advantage
