Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance, installations, and scheduled repairs on mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PLC systems per manufacturer recommendations. Execute preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot technical equipment such as elevators and conveyors, and document all work performed. Adhere to health and safety legislation and quality standards while participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Work rotating shifts to align with production schedules. Requires minimum one year of experience in automated systems and interpretation of technical manuals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience
- Availability starting in September
- Knowledge in electrical or mechanical experience or equivalent
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and electronic technical manuals
- General understanding of control systems
- Basic understanding of PLCs, frequency converters, positioning systems, etc.
- Ability to work at heights
- Previous experience (minimum one/two years) working with various automated systems
- Understanding of preventive maintenance programs (PPM)
- Ability to solve problems, test, and repair technical equipment such as hoists, conveyors, etc.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to changing work schedules based on production
