Execute complex IT routines, monitor systems, and maintain hardware while ensuring information security. Act as a development agent for the IT sector by training colleagues, standardizing processes, and supporting users on hardware and software utilization. Manage equipment inventory, control media lending, and update systems on workstations. Perform backups, restore services, and register incidents in the coordination software. Prepare meeting rooms with audio/video equipment and install standard software. Classify support tickets by priority and escalate complex cases as needed. Provide on-site and remote assistance to restore normal service levels promptly.
