Job Summary
Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for hardware and software within assigned customer sites, focusing on intermediate installations and minor repairs across all Diebold Nixdorf products. Perform scheduled cleanings and intermediate maintenance on conventional items such as locks and safes, while executing special projects as needed. Utilize basic and intermediate manual tools, limited parts, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of PCs, peripherals, and network connectivity. This intermediate field service role supports the global transaction processing network for over 75 million people, ensuring reliable banking and retail equipment operations.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate field service technician
- Installation of intermediate products and services
- Minor repairs on all Diebold Nixdorf products and services
- Scheduled cleanings
- Intermediate maintenance on conventional products such as locks and safes
- Special projects as needed
- Use of basic and intermediate manual tools
- Limited parts availability
- Broad knowledge of PCs
