Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho

Conduct routine and specific safety inspections regarding work execution, equipment usage, and emergency protection systems. Identify unsafe conditions and implement measures to minimize or eliminate them, while also addressing unsafe behaviors. Monitor, inspect, and guide third-party activities by reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with safety procedures. Develop and deliver training programs for brigades, CIPA members, and other staff, including simulations and informational materials. Facilitate the implementation of the company's safety schedule through the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Work in shifts and some weekends within an industrial environment in Montenegro/RS.
