Job Summary
Conduct safety program management including PGR, PCMSO, and ASO documentation. Perform workplace inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Manage the emergency response team and oversee EPI procurement, inventory, and distribution. Train staff on safety regulations and proper equipment usage. Investigate work-related accidents and occupational diseases to propose preventive measures. Lead the CIPA committee and participate in safety campaigns such as SIPAT.
