Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of Safety and Health at Work (SST) to identify risks and propose preventive and corrective actions. Minister training sessions, integrations, and awareness campaigns on SST. Manage and monitor the use of PPE, track conditions of EPCs and emergency systems, and investigate accidents and incidents by issuing CATs and following up on action plans. Monitor PGR implementation, assist the CIPA and Fire Brigade, and organize SIPAT events. Track construction sites and contracted companies' compliance with NRs, manage the PPP, and control information in the SOC system. Generate management indicators and reports while providing technical support to leadership and HR. Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement of the Safety and Health Management System. Requires full-time availability and a technical degree in Occupational Safety.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho
- Registro profissional ativo no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE)
- Domínio da legislação aplicável à Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, com ênfase nas Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs)
- Conhecimento e domínio do pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook)
- Disponibilidade total de horário
Desired Qualifications
- Experiência na área de Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho em instituições hospitalares
- Domínio técnico da NR-32 e das normas da CNEN aplicáveis aos serviços de saúde
- Experiência na elaboração e condução de treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho
- Boa comunicação, organização e habilidade para atuar de forma integrada com equipes multidisciplinares
