TÉCNICO DE SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO

Conduct risk identification and inspections across environments, machinery, and equipment to detect hazards and improvement opportunities. Evaluate work conditions, propose corrective actions, and implement control measures to reduce or eliminate occupational risks. Deliver safety training to colleagues and guide them on applicable standards and procedures to ensure legal compliance and strengthen the Occupational Health and Safety culture. Prepare management reports, present findings to leadership, and monitor action plans related to safety initiatives. This role operates in the second shift from 14h to 22h27, Monday through Friday, with up to two Saturdays per month. The position requires a technical degree, an active professional registration, and specific extracurricular courses in safety regulations (NRs 05, 06, 20, 23, 33, 35), alongside current knowledge of applicable legislation and technical standards.
