Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure construction work adheres to safety standards and current legislation. Develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety (SST) policies, including work instructions and forms. Perform audits on construction sites, identify hazards, and prepare or contract technical and electrical reports. Coordinate internal accident prevention weeks (SIPAT) and manage fire brigade training. Investigate accidents, incidents, and behavioral deviations while overseeing labor inspections and legal audits. Contract resources and inputs related to occupational safety, and approve documentation such as PGR, PCMSO, and ASO for specialized companies. Requires two years of experience in the construction sector, knowledge of labor laws and regulatory norms, and proficiency in Office software.
