Contribute technically to the general functioning of the office, maintaining ethics, agility, and excellence in orthodontic care. Perform maintenance procedures, moldings, and preparations for installation under the dentist's supervision. Teach oral hygiene techniques and perform disease prevention as directed. Assist in dental attendance tasks, instrument, and manipulate materials when the Assistant is absent. Execute cleaning, asepsis, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments, equipment, and the work environment. Monitor the work of assistants, conserve and maintain equipment, organize orthodontic documentation, restock drawers, and fill missing material lists. Apply biosafety measures and perform supragingival scaling. Requires full technical course with CRO, interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and orthodontic proficiency.
