Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on optical and metallic networks to ensure service availability and quality. Act in the field to identify and resolve link outages and signal degradation. Secure proper cable installation in poles and underground ducts, while inspecting splice boxes and optical distribution points. Adhere to technical standards and safety protocols, including high-altitude and electrical work procedures. Document all activities by creating technical reports and filling out service orders. Support network improvements to optimize performance and expand capacity. Ensure correct use of PPE and tools to maintain personal and team safety. Work in shifts with emergency on-call availability.
