Job Summary
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and lines, covering mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Diagnose failures in mechatronic systems and support the implementation of supervisory systems like SCADA/IHM. Progressively handle CLP and machine programming, while contributing to process improvement and automation projects. Assist in new equipment installation and commissioning, and contribute to predictive maintenance planning using vibration analysis and thermography. Log maintenance records in CMMS/SAP PM and adhere to safety regulations including NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35. Requires Mechatronics or Industrial Automation technical training and prior industrial maintenance experience, with easy access to Vinhedo/SP.
Required Qualifications
- Formação técnica em Mecatrônica, Automação Industrial, eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial
- Necessário ter fácil acesso a região de Vinhedo/SP
- Seguir normas de segurança do trabalho (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35) e uso de EPIs
