TECNICO DE MANUTENCAO PREDIAL

Execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance in building installations, including masonry repairs, painting, hydraulic system fixes, and basic electrical work on de-energized systems. Perform plumbing descaling, pipe cleaning, trenching for network corrections, and roof/gutter maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs and propose solutions while supporting equipment structure assembly and disassembly. Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work environment, and document activities through internal and external systems. Reside in Ribeirão Preto/SP region with CNH B and complete high school education; prior maintenance experience is a plus.
