Job Summary
Install, diagnose faults, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on generators, load banks, QTA, QTR, and transformers. Lead commissioning of parallel generators by installing cables, diesel tanks, and transfer switchboards, while executing grounding mesh installation. Conduct corrective maintenance on generators by regulating voltage plates, swapping diodes, measuring alternator insulation resistance, and mounting command circuits. Program and assemble generation plants using Deif, Comap, Woodward, and DeapSea modules. Interpret and create technical drawings and as-built diagrams, including single-line and block diagrams. Complete daily tasks from 08h00 to 18h00, Monday through Friday, with a 1h 12min lunch break. Submit maintenance, reimbursement, and attendance reports, and provide technical guidance to other technicians. Requires high-voltage installation safety skills and knowledge of RCM, protection studies, and measurement instruments like TTR and Megohmeters.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino médio completo
- Curso técnico na área de elétrica
- Conhecimento intermediário em elétrica e eletrônica
- Conhecimento intermediário em mecânica Diesel
- Conhecimento intermediário em sistemas de aterramento
- Habilidade para realizar dimensionamento de grupos geradores
- Conhecimento em programação de CLP e comandos elétricos
- Conhecimento de RCM
- Conhecimento em instrumentos de medição como TTR, Megohmetro e Hipot
- Conhecimento em estudo de proteção e seletividade
- Conhecimento e habilidade para realizar instalações em alta tensão, garantindo a segurança da equipe
- Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 18h00, 1h e 12min para refeição
