Conduct preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance for buildings, including lamp replacements, circuit board repairs, and gas system inspections. Assemble, adjust, and repair electrical equipment and installations in apartments and sectors while maintaining medium and low-voltage networks. Perform elevator rescue operations, activate elevators, and execute generator reviews and substation instrument readings. Repair electric resistance equipment such as thermal carts, coffee makers, and thermal counters. Work in day or night shifts with an initial training session; requires high school diploma, electrical technician course, updated NR10 and SEP certifications, and relevant experience.
