Execute and track the maintenance program for intervention processes within facilities and the control room. Monitor and correct energy levels, combustion, and air conditioning temperatures through daily walkthroughs and room formats to perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance. Execute and follow up on mechanical equipment, machinery, and installation mounting and maintenance processes. Review and execute orders generated through the SIM platform for corrective maintenance to ensure facility operation. Diagnose and locate equipment or installation failures based on symptoms and historical data following safety protocols. Optimize and maintain minimum spare parts levels for facility and room maintenance. Receive and follow up with suppliers during their visits to the room for activity supervision and problem resolution.
