Job Summary
Configure Wi-Fi routers, switches, and network cables while performing preventative and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and networking equipment. Diagnose hardware and software issues across laser, inkjet, and matrix printers, then log ticket openings and closings in the management tool. Provide client support and document all services by filling out relevant forms and preparing technical reports detailing detected problems and implemented solutions. Requires six months of experience, a complete technical degree in informatics, and residence in Ribeirão Preto. The team delivers customized technological solutions for retail, industrial, and financial sectors since 1993.
Required Qualifications
- Residir em Ribeirão Preto/SP
- Conhecimento em microinformática na área de hardware e software, impressoras laser, jato de tinta e matricial
- Conhecimento em configurações de roteadores wi-fi, switches e redes em geral
- Experiência mínima de 6 meses
- Ensino Técnico Completo em Informática
- Realizar atendimento ao cliente
- Realizar o preenchimento dos documentos pertinentes aos serviços executados
- Elaborar laudo técnico mencionando os problemas detectados e as respectivas soluções implementadas
