Administer and apply vaccines according to technical standards while registering doses in the shift log. Perform patient vaccination card triage, advise on schedules and adverse reactions, and update documentation. Request immunobiologics to manage inventory levels and verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage conditions for vaccines, medications, and equipment. Monitor and record refrigeration temperatures per quality manuals, maintain the vaccination room cleanliness, and control stock levels through shift requests. Receive and register vaccines from cold storage, collect and triage biological samples for laboratory tests, and centrifuge samples per collection manuals. Report incidents in the official logbook, record technical reports, and interact cordially with internal and external clients. Complete all mandatory organizational trainings and adhere to company safety and ethical standards.
