Conduct nursing procedures and patient care in the neonatal intensive care unit. Document nursing notes in patient records with signature and stamp validation. Maintain sector organization and hospital infection control murals. Collect, store, compile, and disseminate data regarding hospital infections. Identify and suggest solutions for nosocomial infection outbreaks. Communicate patient occurrences to the nurse and clarify activities with patients or family members. Adhere to the service schedule, ensure continuous process improvement, and assist with shift coverage for leave or interruptions. Use resources responsibly, reporting equipment or facility issues immediately. Follow the institution's Integrity Code and Excellence Standards.
