Provide safe, humanized nursing care to adult critical and clinical patients in the ICU and Adult Inpatient Unit, including direct and indirect care, medication administration, clinical monitoring, and procedure execution. Support the multidisciplinary team with exams, procedures, and incident management while maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical and nursing prescriptions. Manage medication and material inventory, sterilization logistics, and patient/family orientation in alignment with infection prevention protocols. Work flexible day and night shifts with an initial on-the-job training period.
