Administer prescribed medications correctly, monitoring dosages, routes, and timing per medical orders and protocols. Monitor and record vital signs, communicating significant changes to the responsible nurse. Perform simple and complex wound care, collect biological samples, and prepare necessary materials and equipment for medical procedures. Provide immediate emergency support using first aid and basic life support techniques. Observe and report clinical changes, assist in examination room procedures, and maintain concurrent cleaning of equipment and rooms. Educate patients and families on care needs and health promotion. Document all activities in electronic or physical charts and participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous skill improvement. Work in harmony with other health professionals to offer integrated patient care.
