Inspect raw materials and packaging by conducting laboratory tests and releasing them for production. Contact suppliers regarding non-conformities, request corrective actions, and issue the corresponding documentation. Perform sampling tests on products during the production process and manage the storage of finished product proof copies. Open Non-Conformity Reports (RNC) and handle segregated and expired products. Assist in customer complaint sample tests and participate in 6s activities. Support the maintenance of the integrated management system by administering quality, environmental, safety, and social responsibility processes and regulations. Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards and supervise subordinate adherence to procedures. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness.
