Perform intermediate-level automotive repairs and diagnostics, including brake, suspension, and steering systems, while executing oil changes and preventive maintenance. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized equipment, conduct full vehicle inspections to identify additional safety-related repairs, and accurately log all work, parts, and labor times in the company system. Collaborate with service advisors to clearly explain repair needs to customers and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to operational procedures. Participate in ongoing technical training programs to advance toward Master Technician status.
