Job Summary
Conduct premium after-sales service, execute mechanical repair and maintenance, and analyze all vehicle systems using manufacturer manuals and diagnostic tools. Review client and vehicle registration data, analyze prior service history in the corporate system, and prepare service orders and budgets using a 30-item checklist. Perform diagnostics, disassembly, reassembly, and part replacement across engine, electrical, and body systems via conventional and special tools. Track open service orders through the Apollo system while delivering empathetic, cordial customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Curso Técnico em Manutenção Automotiva ou Técnico em Mecânica
- CNH categoria B
- Conhecimento de Mecânica
- Conhecimento de Eletroeletrônica
- Conhecimento de capotaria de veículos automotivos
