Plan and execute the Occupational Risk Management Program (PGR) and PCMSO, conducting environmental assessments and identifying hazards to propose improvements and update the Risk Map per NR05. Organize CIPA elections, investigate work accidents with the committee, and control function reassignments and restrictions. Prepare and submit government reports via e-Social (S2240), develop safety training sessions, and revise procedures aligned with NRs. Track SESMT indicators and generate relevant reports as needed. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 08h to 18h with a 1h12 break. The role requires a complete Safety Training degree, proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Category B driver's license.
