Monitor the meal preparation process, instruct staff on proper food handling, and evaluate storage conditions for all products. Verify equipment status in refrigerators, warmers, and cold rooms while ensuring compliance with current food storage and handling legislation. Control received merchandise by recording receipt dates and suppliers, collect and store finished food samples, and define cleaning schedules for all equipment. Enforce the correct use of PPE and uniforms among all employees. Maintain accurate records of inventory and storage temperatures. A CRN TD license and Office proficiency are required. This role supports the broader store operations to ensure safety, quality, and standard adherence within the Coco Bambu Belém team.
