Monitor the meal preparation process and guide staff on proper food handling techniques. Evaluate storage conditions for all products, verify equipment status including refrigerators and ovens, and control received merchandise by recording receipt dates and suppliers. Collect and store finished food samples while ensuring compliance with current food storage and handling legislation regarding temperatures. Enforce the correct use of PPE and uniforms among all employees, and establish cleaning schedules for equipment. Maintain records of all procedures and daily operations within the Niterói store. A CRN TD license and Office skills are required.
