Lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks to ensure timely equipment reliability and contract compliance within safety and quality frameworks. Conduct daily coordination meetings to assign work, inspect systems including PLCs and VFDs, and administer work orders with complete technical data. Direct complex interventions while identifying risks, applying control measures, and reporting latent faults or equipment status changes. Optimize contract costs through maintenance program improvements and technical solutions, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to the integrated management system's zero-harm strategy.
