TÉCNICO/A DE SELECCIÓN

Conduct the full selection process, including publishing job offers, screening resumes, organizing dynamics, and managing interviews across recruiting portals. Prepare candidate reports and generate selection process reports based on established KPIs while updating databases. Support the department in implementing new procedures and protocols. This role requires a university degree in Psychology or similar, minimum two years of selection experience, and a high level of English. A driver's license and vehicle are required. The position is 100% on-site in Madrid.
