Job Summary

Coordinate health services for ConEsperanza participants in Antioquia and Cauca, including registration, verification, and daily attendance tracking for intra and extramural health days. Manage administrative processes with contracted IPS providers, ensuring timely delivery of RIPS, invoices, and service supports while monitoring visitor flow. Facilitate program planning, event coordination, and local entity articulation to address urgent needs in municipalities classified under severity 4 and 5. Maintain accurate digital and physical records, prepare financial reports for donors, and ensure compliance with humanitarian standards and safety protocols. Report critical cases requiring higher-level care and support emergency response activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional, technical, or technologist degree in administrative or assistance health, social sciences
  • Minimum one year of experience in social programs with a health focus
  • Knowledge of the statutory health law 1751 of 2015, public health, tariff manuals, health costs, quality, and internal control
  • Experience organizing and participating in intra and extramural health days
  • Experience working in territories, preferably in those focalized by the program
  • Ample mastery of Microsoft Office systems and programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of databases, dashboards, and technology such as tablets for capturing information
  • Availability to travel and support activities in other zones of the country, if necessary
  • Must be able to travel frequently to municipalities of intervention in Popayán, Cauca
  • Must be able to travel to zones with limited freedom of movement and restricted basic services

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience and knowledge in humanitarian projects financed by international donors
  • Experience in territories, preferably in those focalized by the program
  • Knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response
