Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in payroll management within the Spanish legal framework. Key responsibilities include processing a high volume of payroll (over 500), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines, calculating deductions for Social Security and IRPF, maintaining up-to-date records with various salary variables, reconciling payroll accounts for accuracy, resolving payroll-related issues, and preparing reports for Social Security and tax obligations. A background in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management in high-volume environments
- Solid knowledge of labor law, tax (IRPF), and Social Security regulations in Spain
- Experience in accounting reconciliations and payroll management software usage
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage confidential information with integrity
