Job Summary
Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on instrumentation, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic equipment in compliance with NR 10 and NR 12 regulations. Monitor instrument calibration frequency, support refrigeration activities, and perform valve flow control simulations. Propose equipment improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Assist the PCM in developing SAP preventive plans, implement 5S cleaning protocols, and share operational knowledge using TPM methodologies. Analyze problems based on the AQF method. Requires Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics degree with over three years of experience and knowledge in electrical circuits, metrology, and calibration.
Required Qualifications
- Concluiu o Técnico em Instrumentação, Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrotécnica ou Mecatrônica
- Tem experiência em instrumentação superior a três anos
- Possui conhecimento em circuitos elétricos, metrologia, pneumática e calibração
- Sabe operacionalizar o pacote office intermediário
Desired Qualifications
- Sabe operacionalizar o pacote office avançado
- Tem conhecimento em BPF (Boas Práticas de Fabricação)
- Tem conhecimento em TPM
