Execute project procurement tasks by sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for goods and services across facilities, maintenance, and construction. Manage the full procurement lifecycle from tendering and spot purchases to contract processing, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and supplier registration protocols. Collaborate with internal business units to anticipate needs, analyze KPIs for spend and risk, and evaluate supplier responses for contract renewals or new agreements. Support the commercial department in provider searches and contribute to achieving departmental and global division objectives through strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
