Job Summary
Conduct field service to optimize product performance and identify improvement opportunities for clients and the company. Guide customers on proper product usage, maintenance schedules, and work condition inquiries. Test equipment before and after interventions, diagnose failure causes, and implement corrective actions prioritizing first-attempt resolution. Prepare clear, detailed reports on services and recommendations while accurately logging hours worked. Complete the APR (Risk Prevention Analysis) prior to each service. Ensure services exceed expectations to guarantee total client satisfaction and contribute to business sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Formação Técnica em Elétrica, Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Refrigeração, Automação ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento básico em pacote Office
